He is survived by: his parents, Richard Parks and Patricia Parks (Habegger); his wife Kay Hess of Boca Raton, Florida; his son Fenway Parks of Arden; his sister Deborah Rossmeier (Roger); his nieces, McKenna Rossmeier and Madison Rossmeier; his aunt Margene Parks; his uncles, Joel Parks (Kathy) and Ronald Habegger (Judy); and his cousins, Larry Habegger (Debbie), Mike Habegger (Juli), Scott Habegger, Chuck Habegger, Alisha Parks and Ehren Parks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
