He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Hudson and Mildred Hudson; his brother Edward Hudson; his sons, James Hudson, Jr. and Daniel Hudson; and his brother-in-law Les Sapiro.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kennedy of Jersey City, NJ.; his daughter Caroline Dennis; his grandsons, Levi Soza, Gage Dennis, Lucas Dennis and Jacob Hudson; his great grandchild Xyan Hudson; his daughter-in-law Breta Hudson; his stepgranddaughter Zoe Hudson; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Hudson and Carol Sapiro; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon, Laura, Edward, Michael, Paul and Steve.
As Alzheimer's progressed he received excellent care at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center's Community Living Center/Hospice until his passing.
