He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tom, Pasquale, Paul, Onofrio, Andrea, Pete, Antonette and Filomena.
He is survived by: his son Frank DiSalvo III; his wife Marianne DiSalvo; his grandson Frank Theodore of Carmela; his great grandchild Gabrielle; his sister Mary Lafuente; and his niece Toni Leidy.
Because of the importance Frank placed on education, and In lieu of flowers, the family will be establishing an educational trust fund for his great-grandchild, Gabrielle Lombardo.
