He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Catherine (James Penyak), John (Krishna King) and Michael King; his grandchildren, David Penyak, Kevin Penyak, Brian Penyak, Shayna King and Lyla King; his great grandchildren, Aranza Diaz Alegria, Andre Diaz Alegria and Evander Logan King Seeley; and his brother John P. King (Christine).
In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made in David's name to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Foundation, or Ascension Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL.
