She was predeceased by: her caregiver Alison Fischer-Wollenberg. She is survived by: her parents, Geraldine Wojciechowski and Michael Wojciechowski; her daughters, Morgan Kokaram and Carlie Coyle; her siblings, Deborah Hurren, Patty Schoof, Amy Lawnichak, Michael Wojciechowski, Angela Sciriha and Lisa Kerschenheiter; her sister-in-law Karla Scurry; her close friend Heather Lynch; and her parents-in-law, Mariam Teruel and Alan Teruel.
