He was predeceased by: his wife Traycee Eubanks; and his father Howard. He is survived by: his mother Martha; his brother Jeff (Jill); his sons, Reed (Whitney), Ryan (Jessica) and Blayne; and his grandchildren, Ty, Ella, Anna, Laurel, Nolin and Adelaide. He is also survived by his in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
