He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walter Swain and Marjorie Marie Netherly; and his brother Mark Swain. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Wiley; his children, Robert Patrick Swain Jr., Heather and Vanessa; and his siblings, Larry Swain, David Swain, Terry Swain, Michael Swain and Patty Atkinson.
