He is survived by: his children, Ralph Kelley III (Cathy), Tracey Saddlemire (Roger), Karen Spencer (Gary), Jeff Kelley (Christine), Linda Smith (Bob), Tim Kelley (Debbie) and Terry Kelley (Kristi); his brother Donald Kelley (Jeannie); his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Alexander, Beverly Kelley and Eleanor Kelley; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Kelley, Kelley, Chris Saddlemire, Courtney Eppel (Spencer), Gary "Sam", Brian Spencer, Samantha McHenry (Kelley), Amanada, Jeremy, Ben Kelley, April Conroy (Smith), RJ Smith, Jordan, Andrew, Ryan, Allie Kelley, Alexis, Sarah, Nick Kelley, Jessica Swartz, Candi Carr, Christie Gleason and Patrick Gleason. He is also survived by his 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
