She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Earle Holley and Mary Frances Kibler Holley; her siblings, Elizabeth Stephens and Jenry Earle Holley, Jr.; and her husband Edward Joseph Boucher.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Prudence Boucher Zabel, Henri Pierre Boucher and Douglas Warren Boucher.
