He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Motts and Amelia Motts; his daughter Pamela; and his brother Robert Motts, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Louann Motts of Beverly Hills, FL; and his children, John Allen Motts (Kathleen) of Ormond Beach, FL, Gary David Motts (Cyndee) of Jefferson Hills, PA and Paula Marie Roney (Charles) of Johns Creek. He is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Jack's name be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 439 East Norvell Bryant Hwy., Hernando, FL 34442-4779.
