It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas E. Bunge of Beverly Hills, Florida, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Albert and Carol Jean Bunge (Waldecker); and his siblings, Eugene Jr., Diane and Ronald.
He is survived by: his children, Amie Beard (Nathan), Anastasia Caro (Leandro), Michael Bunge (Mackenzie) and Christopher Bunge; his brother Steven Bunge (Julie); and his stepchildren, Tammy, Pere Manjarrez and Jennifer Sorrell. He is also survived by five step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Doug are suggested to the Bunge family or East Ida Immanuel Lutheran Church of Monroe.
