She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Shaffer and Virginia Shaffer (Stahl); her husband Robert "Bob" Hotz; and her daughter Holli Ann Hotz. She is survived by: her son Kelly Hotz (Kathy) of Inverness, Florida; her grandchildren, Kristian Porco (Anthony) of Orlando, Patrick and LeighAnn Hotz of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Nicoletta, Milana, Franco Porco of Orlando, Cheyenne, Killian and Johnathon of Floral City, Florida..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Catholic School (Delphos, Ohio) in her name.
