He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth J. Lightner; and his brother David Lightner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lightner (Wells); his children, Penny Kinicki (Robert) of Parma, OH, Bobbie Cumberledge (Jason) of Glen Dale, WV and Brian Lightner (Stacy) of Citrus Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Dylan Jewell (Stephanie) of Crystal River, FL, Kaitlyn Galant (Nathan) of Parma, OH, Alexis Cumberledge of Glen Dale, Brayden and Bryce Lightner of Citrus Springs; his great grandchildren, Aria and Laurel Jewell of Crystal River; and his close friend Peanut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville, The family asks that any memorial contributions that are being made, to go to the funeral home to help offset any travel cost that has been incurred do to the passing of Cecil.
