He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Mitchell and Esther Lightfoot (Bennett); his brothers, William Thomas "Bill" and Harry Mitchell "Mike"; his daughters, Lori Ilene Lightfoot-Whitaker and Leigh Ann Watts (Rick Watts); and his grandsons, John Robert Whitaker and Albert English Watts.
