He was predeceased by: his parents, Allton A. Goolsby and Esther Belle Goolsby; his brother Carlton Goolsby; and his sister-in-law Eddie Goolsby. He is survived by: his wife Betty Dickens Goolsby; his children, Denise Gibson (Don), Debbie Gilmer (Scott) and Mike Pounds (Rayna); his siblings, Donald Goolsby (Barbara) and Barbara Musleh (Victor); and his sister-in-law Lynn Goolsby.
