He was predeceased by: his sisters, Irene Billings, Virginia Carter, Betty and Wilcox. He is survived by: his wife Leona George; his brother Lee Buckland (Nancy) of Belleview, FL; his children, Judith Calmes (William) of Varysburg and Gerald Buckland (Carol) of Strykersville; his grandchildren, Mark, Katherine Chmura (Peter), Adam Calmes, Rachel Herman (Corey), Bridget Stiles (Christopher), Ashley, Matthew Buckland and Hilary Page (Thomas); and his friend Pat Spahn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
