He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Fowler and Flora Fowler; his sisters, Debbie and Teresa; and his wife Sheila.
He is survived by: his daughter Selena Fowler; and his sisters, Darlene, Lori and Linda.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church (14100 FL-40, Silver Springs, FL 34488).
