He is survived by: his wife Jean Carroll Winstanley; and his children, Carol Yeaman (Roger) of Belleview, Roy Winstanley (Helene) of New York, Diane Drake (John) of Belleview, Steve Winstanley (Lisa) of Summerfield and Keith Winstanley (Karen) of Summerfield. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren.
