He is survived by: his mother Florence Parker (Pinky); his children, Deborah Rand (Michael), Richard Parker (Dana), Pamela Shannon (Carl) and Katherine Parker of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Schae Stickles, Andrue Stickles, Dalton Shannon (Makayla), Cassidy Bolesta (Jeremy), Maddie Shannon (Hunter), Zachary Parker and Carolyn Parker; and his siblings, Wendy Cottom (Lady Lake), Charles Parker of Townsend, MT and Nancy Roach (Terry). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
