He is survived by: his wife Kathy Den Hollander (Backman); his daughter Jennifer Hendrickson (Kevin Hendrickson) of Livingston Manor; and his brother Roy Den Hollander of New York City. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
