He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene. He is survived by: his parents, Harlan Bailey and Mildred Bailey (Allison); his daughters, Dianna Helm and Nancy Ray (Jeff); and his sister Delores Freske. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
