It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Geneva Powell of Belleview, Florida, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Elliott and Annie Pauline Chason Elliott; her husband Richard Powell; and her siblings, Mary (R. D. Sewell), Florece (T. W. Marshall) and James David Elliott.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Powell (Shirley) of Summerville and Debbi Brown (Tony) of Belleview, Florida; her grandchildren, Elisa Juarez (Eddie), Shelby Wheelus and Henry Brown; her great grandchildren, Marcus Colon and Cooper Wheelus; and her sister-in-law Frances Elliott. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
