He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his children, Kenny Fowler (Debbie) of Ocala, FL and Karen Elfers (James) of Summerfield, FL; his brothers, Curtis Fowler (Constance), North and Thomas Fowler (Patricia); his grandchildren, Crystal McCullough (Kenny), Scott Ward (Jamie), Leah Reichmuth (Nick) and Jenna Elfers; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper, Logan, Mikaela and Lily.
