She is survived by: her daughters, Casey Leverette of Summerfield, FL and Kyanna Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Aubrey Leverette, Paisley Leverette and Bodhi Leverette; her father George Rayburn of Macon, GA; her siblings, Cynthia Bradley of Jacksonville, FL and Shannon Rayburn of Denver, CO.; and also Joy Moreland of Belleview, FL.
