He is survived by: his parents, Harry Porzondek and Darlene Porzondek; and his sisters, Carlene Altenburg (Scott) of Michigan, Renee Carrier (Dean) of Michigan, Candace Smith (Jim) of Englewood, Bobbi Caruso (Mark) of Fruitland Park, Marilyn Horky (Anthony) of Michigan, Aunts and Uncles.
