He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie and Nancy Plumley; and his parents, Cecil Tincher and Cora Tincher. He is survived by: his wife Jeanetta Mae Tincher; and his daughters, Janet Carol Westman of Belleview, FL, Lecinda Brooks (Arthur) of Ocala, FL and Lisa Bean (James). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
