With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Warren Ruggles of Belleair, Florida, born in Three Rivers, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Ruggles and Vera Ruggles. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Shealy (Brent) of Lexington, SC and Kelly Miller (Jim) of Tampa; his sister Mary Lou Carrier of Saint Petersburg; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Shealy, Abigail and Thomas Miller.
