Clay of Belleair, Florida, born in Arlington, Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Joseph. He is survived by: his mother Vera Clay (Fredrickson); his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, Laurie Bacon, Jennifer Hall, Marjorie Clay and Christopher Clay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
