He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen D. Walters and Pearl W. Rinard; and also, Elaine Lane, Warren O'Berry and Hannah WIlliams.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brother Jack Rinard (JoAnn); his children, Patrick RInard (Coleen), Meg Williams (Phil) and Amy Simmons (Scott); his grandchildren, Patrick Clark Rinard, Joshua Rinard and Carissa Rinard; his children, Kyle Williams, Luke Williams, Beka Ramsey, Claire Simmons and Ella Simmons; and also Elsie Lang.
