He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, José D. Carballo M. D. and Anne Olivia; his siblings, José Carballo Jr. (Jeanne), Jeff Carballo (Delyda), James Carballo (Isabel), Anne Mon (Jorge) and Amy Carballo; and his wife Catherine Marie O'Connor. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
