He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark James Upp and Marlene Ackermann Upp; and his brother Scott Anthony Upp. He is survived by: his daughter Summer Upp; his wife Jennie Upp; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Upp and Chris Upp (Anita Upp). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
