He was predeceased by: his mother Vancy; his siblings, Geneva, Laura, Mary Ann, William, Charles, John Wesly and Anthony; and his nephews, Herschel, William Jr. and Bonzie Mumphrey.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael (Delphine) of Belle Glade, FL, Herbert of Belle Glade, FL and Lonnie of Queens, NY; his son Delvin T. Dobson (Elizabeth) of Pittsburg, PA; and his cousin Thedocia Hayes of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by grandsons; and a host of nieces, nephews.
