He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Agatha Blackwood and John Miller; his children, Joanne, Fay, Beverley, LaTonya, Tocarra "Treasure" and Lester; and his adoptive daughter Tocarra. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
