She is survived by: her husband Leslie Hessing; her children, Marquel "Sanik" Brown, Na'shannon Jarrell-Walden (Mark), Leslie "Joy" Hessing-Ward (Timothy), Les'Unique "Toy" Hessing (Kawaun), Les'kee Gecoy Hessing and Miriam Pettihome; her siblings, Geraldine Jenkins (Harrison), Michael Brown, Renee Porter, Linda Barthell (Fredrick), Leonard Brown, Jessie Lena Brown-Dowdell (Dwaine) and Rachel Thornton (Eugene); her grandchildren, Mykeria Brown, Mark Walden Jr., Shan'mareah Walden, Mark Walden III, Mark Walden IV, Ya'niah Dixon, Mariah Dixon, Timber Ward and Marley Porter; her great grandchild Aiden Brown; her nephew Nard Bines; and her close friends, Roxanne Payne, Alfreda McCloud, Cleola "Michelle" Pringle and Edward Lowery. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
