She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dey and Luda Dey (Barco); her husband Robert Lester Lindsey; her son Larry Michael Lindsey, Sr.; her great grandchild John Gideon Suggs; and her siblings, Alvin, Pearl, Ethel, Ortha Mae, Randolph, Clyde and Myrtle.

She is survived by: her children, Dale Lindsey (Angie) and Jeannine Pfannschmindt (Greg); her grandchildren, Amber Lindsey (Josh Cole), Ashley Adams (Tyrod), Larissa Lindsey-Manders, Jared Suggs (Mary), Micheal Lindsey, Jr., Jamie McKenzie and Brittany Lee; her great grandchildren, Lowgan, Dalyce (Lex), Sarah, Braeden, Joshua, Jackson, Carsen, Lillianne, Molly, Austin, Krysiah and Avery Jane; and also Sabra Lindsey of Bell.
