He is survived by: his children, Terry Stephen "Snuffy" Smith, Jr. (Amy), Janet Smith Kilgore (Kevin), John D. Bellotte, Courtney Blanchard (Matt) and Jasmine McCunniff (Randy); and his brother David L. Smith (Gloria). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
