He is survived by: his children, Nancy Collins (David) of Bell, Elaine Philman Williams (Tommy) of Chiefland, Dennis Popham (Anna Maria) of Bell, Travis Clark of Bell and Johnnie Hayward Philman Jr. (Angie) of Jasper; and his siblings, Pauline Sauls, Maxine Cumming, Imogene McLeod, Gwen Carmichael (Richard), Nell Yelvington (Rusty), Ann Lawson (Bill), Mevalee Philman, David Lavon Philman (Sylvia) and William "Billy" Prince Philman (Renee). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
