He is survived by: his children, Shelby Hart (Matthew) of Chiefland and John Wesley "Dalton" Philman (Kelci) of Trenton; his grandchildren, Norah, Wesley, Everly, Sidney, Ida and Samuel; his siblings, Vernon of Bell, Buddy of Bell, Bruce Philman of Bell, Patricia Kay Tuberville (Dale) of Spar, FL and Donna Philman (Terry Conner) of Bell; and the mother of his children Pamela Philman of Chiefland. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
