He is survived by: his nephews, James Rose (Marie) of Bell and Tommy Bembry of Jacksonville, Florida; his great-nephews, Chris Andreu of Jacksonville, Florida, Josh Andreu (Elizabeth) of Jacksonville, Florida and Dakota Andreu of Jacksonville, Florida; his niece Jackie Andreu; and his friend Tammy Kanne.
