It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Jean Whitley (Bell, Florida), who passed away on March 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavil Blackwelder and Kate Blackwelder. She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Whitley, Jr.; her children, Tammy Sanders (Mike), Katie Sundberg (Pat), Shane Whitley of Bell, FL and Troy Whitley of Bell, FL; and her brothers, Gerald Blackwelder (Sharrie) of Montrose, CO, Roger Blackwelder (Christine) of Lake City, FL, Bill Blackwelder of Orlando, FL and Mike Blackwelder (Pat) of Grand Junction, CO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
