She was predeceased by: her father Wilton Sauls; and her husband Warren Fontenot. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Smith (Hallie), William Fontenot (Sally), Weldon Fontenot (Shirley), Joe Fontenot and Wallace Fontenot (Lorrie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Haven Hospice.
