He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Lee Harrington; his son Joseph Lee Harrington; and his brother Wayne Harrington. He is survived by: his children, Cecil Lee Harrington and Christina "Beth" Norris; his mother Betty Alice Harris; and his brothers, Michael Harrington and Steve Short. He is also survived by one nephew and 3 nieces.
