He is survived by: his mother Jacquelin McWhorter Sullivan; his siblings, Tim Sullivan and Susan Sullivan Tarver (Charley); his children, Michael F. Sullivan II (Kirstie) and Christian Sullivan Walters (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Jaxon F. Johnson, Beckett, Catherine and MacKayah Sullivan.
