He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Leslie and Rosallie Dial Leslie; his daughter Linda Slinkard; and his brothers, Harold Barrick and Kenneth Barrick.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Barrick of Bascom, FL; his daughters, Sue McKelvain of Dellwood, FL, Lois Lewis of Dexter, MO, Joann Glueck of Vanduser, MO, Jean Alberson of Bell City, MO, Janet Wright (Tom) of Dexter, MO and Paula Wright (John) of Vanduser, MO.; and his sister Betty Buttons of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
