He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William (Mattie Fulkerson) and Dan; his brother Dave Fulkerson; his wife Ginny Fulkerson of Bartow; his children, William "Todd" Fulkerson (Tiki) of Mulberry, Tammy Lynch (Bill) of Louisville, KY and Tanya Brookins of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Anita Hastins of Shepherdsville, KY and Jimmy Fulkerson of Mt Washington, KY. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
