He is survived by: his wife Cathy Blair; his children, Erin Blair (Jamie), Shane Blair (Ashley), Nickey Thomas and Kristal Blair (Gene Smith); and his mother Doris Register. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, one brother and four sisters.
