She is survived by: her mother Sandra Ramirez of Miami; her children, William Phoenix Rodriguez and Eva Victoria Rodriguez; her sisters, Judith Vigil and Ashley Martinez; and her grandparents, Oscar and Sandra Boniche.
Sandra had a decorated career serving in the U. S. Army National Guard over 15 years, participating in the Iraq War as a soldier, assisting in multiple natural disaster relief missions, and helping the Florida community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
