He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Willis and Tempie Willis. He is survived by: his children, Tempie Tillman (Joe) and Jason Willis (Tonya) of Oceanside, CA; his brother Leroy Willis (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Robert, Nick, James, Joe Tillman, Tyler, Kaitlyn and Alice Willis. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 3 nephews and 2 great nephews.
