He was predeceased by: his siblings, Junior Belcher, Adolph Belcher, Mack Belcher, Joe Belcher, Clinnard Belcher and Ruth Vaughn; his nephew Luis Paez; and his niece Shawna Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Alice "Gene" Belcher of Winter Haven; his siblings, Randall Belcher (Heidi) and Carol Douglas (Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Belcher, Beverly Belcher, Gail Belcher and Jan Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Fort Meade (307 E Broadway St, Fort Meade, FL 33841). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
