He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert G. O'Hara and Mamie Mary Carrol O'Hara. He is survived by: his siblings, Rufus W. "Butch" O'Hara, Edna A. O'Hara Pope, Vera A. O'Hara Jones, Ruby L. O'Hara Goff and Bevelyn J. O'Hara Coker; his stepson David Castor; his stepgrandson Jason Smith; his daughters, Chloe Ann Royal (Bart) and Melissa Denise Albritton (Bill); his stepchildren, Carmen Castor and Roxanne Henson (Ron); his sister Clara O'Hara Pittas; and his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Smith, Lance Smith, Maria Smith, Linda Vaughn, Joshua Smith, Amanda Carter (Ron), Chris Albritton (Jill), Joshua Albritton (Brittaney), Jacob Albritton, Melissa Mead (Kayla) of David Keen, JR. and Shawn Royal. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and many other loved extended family.
